Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://efupro.com website (the "Service") operated by DigiMinds Innovations Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are effective as of April 25, 2026.
1. Eligibility
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you warrant that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle")—either monthly or annually.
Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our support desk.
Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes agreement to the new rate.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Exhibitor Follow Up Pro on a case-by-case basis.
3. Accounts and Security
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
By submitting your information through our forms or using Exhibitor Follow Up Pro, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from us for transactional and follow-up purposes in compliance with Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL).
Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
Support: Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected].
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including the "Exhibitor Follow Up Pro" platform, workflows, brand assets, and associated AI tools) are and will remain the exclusive property of DigiMinds Innovations Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
6. Service Disclaimer
Exhibitor Follow Up Pro provides tools for trade show lead capture, follow-up automation, and CRM integration.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes or results from use of the Service. Results vary based on user data, third-party platform updates, and individual business factors.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of contact data captured through the Service before use in sales or marketing activities

Service Availability: We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DigiMinds Innovations Inc. be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, or data) arising out of or in connection with the use of Exhibitor Follow Up Pro. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiMinds Innovations Inc. and its assigns for all damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
